Join us for the UH Mānoa College of Engineering's second virtual Career Day!

After the success of our first virtual fair this past fall, we look forward to another excellent event hosted on Brazen's premium virtual recruiting platform. As an employer, you'll be able to group chat, live stream video, and video chat individually with your candidates, as well as review any registered attendee's resume before, during, and following the event. Students will also be able to check out your booth's materials, send you messages, and "get in line" to speak with you. And if you attended in the fall, we look forward to introducing you to a few great new features that Brazen just rolled out! Additionally, we'll be able to request that your booth content get transferred over from our fall event, saving you time in rebuilding your content.

The sooner you register, the better! Upon registration, you'll be able to set up your booth and get familiar with the user-friendly system. Not tech-savvy? No problem. The platform is quite easy to navigate, but if you get stuck, Brazen has tutorials, as well as live customer service reps, to help you out.

Please note that for this Spring 2021 event, we are breaking our event up into two sessions.

SESSION TIMES

Note: if your company is unable to make the time slot that applies to your user group, please contact us for approval to register in the other session

AM session - 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. HST

The morning session is designed for our military, government, and mainland organizations, as well as local construction firms

PM session - 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. HST

The afternoon session is designed for our other locally-based private companies.

PRICING

$300.00 plus taxes/fees: Early registration until January 22, 2021

$400.00 plus taxes/fees: Regular registration (as spaces are available) from January 23 - February 16, 2021

The goal is to limit the number of organizations represented at one time, to increase student participation at each booth, and segment the types of employers to better connect students with opportunities (while also offering mainland organizations an earlier time slot to account for the time difference). Note we are moving construction firms to the AM session - a change from the fall - to more evenly balance out the load between AM and PM.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

  • Fully branded and customized booth, which can display job openings, videos, benefits information and more
  • Ability to exchange messages and initiate video calls with job seekers during the event
  • Accounts for multiple members of your team, with unlimited recruiter seats in the booth during the event
  • A single login to manage your booths for all previous and upcoming events
  • Training and support for your team
  • Marketing leading up to event that promotes your company and brand
  • Access to full database of all registered job seekers before and after the event, including resumes, profile information, and contact information

OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADDED EXPOSURE:

Our new online platform for Career Day allows for additional means of exposure for select companies, at an additional charge. If your organization is interested in additional branding opportunities through sponsorship of this event, please contact Kim Perez Hults, Director of Marketing & Outreach Relations, at hults@hawaii.edu.

COVID-19 HARDSHIP ASSISTANCE:

In light of the current pandemic, we would like to offer a scholarship in the form of a fee waiver to select organizations and agencies who are experiencing extreme financial hardship due to COVID-19. If your organization would otherwise be unable to participate due to the event's cost, please contact Kim Perez Hults at hults@hawaii.edu prior to completing this form to inquire about a fee waiver.

PAYMENT BY CHECK

If paying by check instead of credit card, please select this option at checkout and mail in your check separately. Note that your registration is not fully confirmed until payment has been received. Checks should be made payable to the University of Hawai’i Foundation. Please notate the event name in the mailing. Please include your contact information with the check.
